Kay Stephan has over 20 years of experience teaching business and technology courses. She has presented numerous local, state, and national seminars and conventions including the Ohio Association of Two-Year Colleges, the Ohio Business Teacher’s Association, and Cinergy of Cincinnati. In addition, Ms. Stephan spoke at the regional conference for the International Association of Administrative Professionals. She was a guest on Cleveland, Ohio’s “Live on Five” evening news show presenting email and voicemail etiquette.        Ms. Stephan has been quoted several times in the Akron Beacon Journal and was a featured segment on the Columbus Fox News Network.

Bill Jelen

Online, he’s known as Mr. Excel, but offline, he’s better known as Bill Jelen, a real-life Excel expert. Bill has over 18 years of spreadsheet experience. He has been doing Excel consulting since 1998. Bill works with clients all over the world, designing custom Excel applications, solving their Excel emergencies and providing tips and hints that help Excel users get the most out of their spreadsheet applications. 

Norma J. Rist

Norma Rist, is president of Norma J. Rist CEO Consulting, Inc., a company that provides strategic growth and profitability solutions.  She has over 20 years of experience in marketing, operations and financial management.  Her management experience includes positions as controller for a $200-million division of a public corporation and vice president and general manager for a $40-million manufacturing and wholesale company, Pepsi-Cola Bottlers of Akron, Inc.

Shirley A. Matz

Shirley A. Matz, president of Matz Bookkeeping, Inc., has 30+ years of experience in bookkeeping. She attended Stark State College, where she majored in corporate accounting. Prior to establishing her business in 1993, Matz was employed as the private bookkeeper for Raymond C. Firestone of Firestone Tire & Rubber Company and H-P Products, Inc.

Chris Perrow

Chris Perrow, president of Perrow Systems, has shared her expertise with several organizations including Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority, Kent State University, and OfficeMax. Chris has a BA in psychology from Muhlenberg College and years of experience putting businesses back on the road to productivity.
