Diversified Cooperative Training (DCT) is a one-year vocational program in a co-op situation designed for seniors who have a desire to work. The senior student must get a job and maintain employment throughout the senior year in order to receive high school credit towards graduation. The type of employment is upon approval of the DCT coordinator. Curriculum includes employability skills, problems in today’s work environment, money management, job safety, employer and employee security, etc.
